Bright, lively gooseberry aromas alongside notes of fresh herbs and grassy tones. Vibrant passion fruit, citrus and peach characters with top notes of melon and kiwi. Soft apple and white pear flavours balance. Well-structured zesty acidity with fantastic length and elegance.
"The nose has a mix of fresh fruits citrus with just a hint of gooseberry, orange blossom fragrances the start of the palate is light and fresh the flavours quite discreet. There is mid richness nectarines, grapefruit and pineapple hints of sweetness but under the richer flavours lime and lemon refresh the finish long with flint and mineral, flavours that linger. It is the ideal partner to sea food perfect with prawn cocktail does not over power the lighter flavoured fish but has enough mid richness for fish such as cod and goes well with chicken and turkey."
