Alain Grignon, formerly head of cooperatives in Gascogny, became increasingly frustrated by many aspects of the domestic French wine industry. So with his partners, he set up his business in 1999. As well as running a team of winemakers and viticulturalists sourcing fruit in the Languedoc, predominantly in St Chinian and also in the Côtes de Gascogne, he is involved with the selection of top class individual domaines. His company is now one of the most respected sources of high quality and reliable wines from the region.

Ruby coloured with hints of spice and red berry on the nose.Well rounded and balanced, with gentle tannins.

Versatile wine that works especially well with white meat dishes and grilled or pan fried meats.
