2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, Los Vascos, Baron de Rothschild, Colchagua Valley, Chile

Cherries, blueberries and plums on the nose, with hints of spices and bay leafs on the palate adding subtle depth. Approachable, soft and easy drinking. 

Domaine Barons de Rothschild took over the Los Vascos estate in 1988, and since then have grown it from its original 220ha of vines to 580ha. Many of the original vines are 40-50 years old, with the oldest being up to 70 years old.

Food recommendation - a dream pairing with roast beef or steak.
