Concept Fine Wines was established in 2008 with the aim of providing a first-rate personal level of service alongside independent, professionally qualified, down to earth wine advice. Aside from Champagne and offers on various other wines and countries, that regularly change, the wine list is primarily focussed upon South Africa, Italy, Spain, New Zealand and France. I firmly believe that these five countries each have their own incredible sense of identity, and produce wines of fantastic quality, with many being the finest in the world.

This strong identity and quality, together with the aim of delivering wines that punch well above their weight in terms of value for money and wines that are made predominantly in small quantities by people who care passionately about what they do, is the overall premise behind this list. As well as stocking wines from well established international wine regions, I have also tried to dedicate part of the list to continually developing and emerging areas that not only offer something different but also because of their emerging status offer unbeatable value for money.

I have great pleasure in representing many vineyards on an exclusive regional basis, including many South African wines that can be found gracing the wine lists of a considerable number of the UKs most celebrated and respected restaurants.
