This is the most significant plot of the domaine, 1.5-hectares on limestone-rich rocky soil. There is very little top soil and the vines are essentially rooted directly into the rock. The wine has incredible focus with subtle notes of quince and apricot. The core of fruit on the palate is really impressive, with white stone fruits and spices. Vibrant acidity helps propel the palate through to the finish. A true delight!
