From the Cotes de Gascogne in southwest France, this wine takes inspiration from the Potager`s (Kitchen gardens) that are common in that region. Pale yellow in colour, this dry aromatic Sauvignon Blanc has a zesty bouquet of citrus fruits, particularly grapefruit with sweet pepper and nettle notes. These flavours linger on a supple palate, 18softened by three months age on the lees, with hints of pear and melon and a vivacious acidity on the finish.
11.5% ABV. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
