2016 Malbec, Inacayal, Mendoza, Argentina
Aged for six months in French oak barrels and at least a further six months in bottle. Restrained dark berry aromas with incredible depth of flavour. A hint of toasty oak alongside dark cherries, blackberries and black pepper. Round and powerful. Dried fruit and spice notes on a long persistent finish.
The grapes are sourced from their own 90 hectares of prime Lujan de Cuyo vineyards in the upper Mendoza valley, an area particularly well suited to cultivating the Malbec vine.
