Pale lemon with green and gold tints, the nose shows citrus and floral fruit aromas and a hint of spice. Medium bodied and intense, the palate is fruity and dry, with mineral and lime flavours mingling with floral and spice notes. Long on the finish, it has a beautiful balance of fruit and acid.
